The main building of the Petkeljärvi National Park Hiking Center has a former accommodation wing with a total of ten bedrooms and 42 beds, without extra beds. The bedroom equipment is reminiscent of a return to a confirmation camp in the 80s. The rooms have 2 bunk beds, a dining table and a wardrobe. The toilets, showers and the kitchen for customer use in the accommodation wing are located in the hallway, shared with other guests. The accommodation wing of the hiking center was built in the late 80s for summer use from 140mm thick logs.
