Reception

The reception is always open during the café's opening hours. However, when the café is closed, we have separate on-call hours at the reception, when the area supervisor is either present at the reception or, when the door is locked, he is on maintenance work in the area. In this case, there is always a separate notice on the door with the area supervisor's phone number. When you call the number, the area supervisor returns to the reception. Please note that the area has poor mobile phone coverage, if you feel that your call is not getting through, please change your location a little and try again. For example, when you are on the terrace of the reception/cafe, the telephone network is very poor, but for example less than 10 meters away next to the flagpole, it is good.
